But with the latest update, Microsoft wants to get more exposure for their OneNote application. Hence they have made several changes and improved the look user. So if you are a OnePlus user, you are going to see an all-new application.

Such as in the new OneNote the Ribbon is minimized by default. Also, it simultaneous multiple user editing of notebooks. Whenever a user adds or changes the content, you will get to see that. As OneNote will simply highlight it for you. There is also color coding to indicate the author of the content, which was written by someone else. Plus, you will get a better searching experience with OneNote.

Open in Protected View

The next feature is the Protect view. Whenever you open an existing document for the first time in MS Word in 2010. If you try to start editing immediately, then you will get to see that there is nothing happen. Even if you look closely, you will find that the Ribbon option is hidden.

Also, you will find a red box across the top of the document notifies you that you are in protected view. As well as it tells you the location of the file. This way, you will be able to know if the document is safe to open or not. Also, when you click on the enable editing button.
