This year, there has been some major technological changes in upcoming smart phones that make them more user friendly. For example, the latest HTC One leaves its users with even better quality, applications, camera and most importantly, better user-friendly interface. Similarly, Nokia has emerged as a tough competitor with its latest Lumia series, which is not only attracting customers but also taking technology to a whole new level.
When it comes to both brands, although it can be said that they are equally breathtaking, we attempt to compare their features and contemplate which brand the average smartphone consumer will prefer.
The HTC One provides its customers with Ultra Pixel camera. This means that each pixel is capable of capturing 300% more light than those of other smartphones cameras. This phone also provides its users with features like auto focus, LED flash, smile and face detection, geo tagging, f.2/0 lens, optical image stabilization, Image Chip 2 for HDR and 1080p video capture @30fps with stereo sound and video stabilization. Furthermore, HTC One comes with a 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera with 1080p video, HDR and 88-degree wide-angle lens.
However, the Nokia Lumia is also not lacking behind in all these features. Nokia Lumia 720 allows its users to use a high quality 6.7 Megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, auto focus, geo tagging and many more features. In addition, the Nokia Lumia 920 has also made a name for its low- light photo taking capability and wireless charging capability thereby leaving other competitors behind.
Since everyone expects a lot from HTC and Nokia, they have to sweat a lot over their quality. If, for example, one phone fails, the company’s rating goes down, resulting in better features in the next phone. Nokia and HTC haven’t really allowed such a situation to arise yet, as their products tend to give customers close to 100% satisfaction and guarantee of excellent quality.
In conclusion, the Lumia and One have really managed to keep up with technology so much so that they are performing much beyond expectations. The features, quality and camera are excellent in both the phones. Thanks to the designers, taking pictures and watching HD videos have become easier, and better. With the tremendous competition in the market today, consumers can be rest assured that upcoming releases would be even more impressive.
