Finance apps offer a portable solution to many money problems. As regards money, preparation is one of the key factors to good finances and good credit ratings. There are numerous finance applications out there, however the problem lies in the fact that many cost a reasonably handsome sum of your cash and most of the free ones are lacklustre. However, there are a certain number of free applications out there that offer the best of both worlds – good apps, for no cost. We look at the top five of these.
Interest rates are low, though there is only one way they can go, and that’s more than likely up. So, having a calculator that easily calculates the price increases and how they will affect your mortgage is a necessity. This mortgage calculator does this and is also free, making it inexcusable to not have it if you have a mortgage and a smart phone.

It even allows you to customise the markets you want to follow and add particular RSS Feeds and financial information from throughout the world. This is available on iPad and it’s also obviously free.
This app for iPad is also free and offers a comprehensive accounting module for everyday business users.
