Many new domain sellers make the mistake of trying to sell every domain name for thousands of dollars. When, in fact, you will do much better selling more domains for a few hundred dollars. This way you will have a much higher turn around rate. Remember you are registering the names for and if you sell one for even 0 that is still a huge 2600% profit!

Great information! I would agree that the domain name is important for both ranking and finding a business on the web. One point I would mention is the memorability factor. If the domain name isn’t easily memorized you will have to devote resources to ranking for the actual domain.

Reselling is a superior model since you don’t have to provide or sell an actual product or service. It is the marketers dream. Anything in the domain reselling world however is hyper-competitive so I recommend focusing on third tier keywords to begin with.
