I like the Medals 2012 and will long to have it on my iPhone. My country is a beginner in the Olympics and many of us would want to keep track of the medals won by the players. I would look out for the status of few of my country participants like Sushil Kumar, Abhinav Bindra specifically as for the first time they got a bronze and a gold medal to India. And this year, i want to keep track of them on my iPhone through MEDALS 2012

Woah!!! You kinda missed NBC and BBC apps. They are kinda must have apps for London Olympics 2012. BBC Olympics (UK only) is probably the only app that will provide live streaming. You might want to include it in your list

If I had any Idea these apps were around during the Olympics this year I probably would of used a few of them. But I’m sure they’ll reuse the best ones in 4 years and slap a new 2013 title on it.

i OS (previously iPhone OS) is a mobile operating system developed and distributed by Apple Inc. Originally released in 2007 for the iPhone and iPod Touch, it has been extended to support other Apple devices such as the i Pad and Apple TV. Unlike Microsoft’s Windows Phone (Windows CE) and Google’s Android, Apple does not license iOS for installation on non-Apple hardware. As of September 12, 2012 (2012 -09-12), Apple’s App Store contained more than 700,000 iOS applications, which have collectively been downloaded more than 30 billion times. It had a 23% share of the smartphone operating system units sold in the first quarter of 2012, behind only Google’s Android. In June 2012, it accounted for 65% of mobile web data consumption (including use on both the iPod Touch and the iPad). At the half of 2012, there were 410 million devices activated. According to the special media event held by Apple on September 12, 2012, 400 million devices have been sold through June 2012.

You could possibly grow to be an effective iPad application developer if you have an awesome idea. Furthermore, your concept should really be special to be able to inspire people to invest in your application.
