The main enemy in the progression is the lack of priorities and some kind of disconnectedness in business affairs. Limit yourself to a few, but the most important, goals. But building a powerful team is not possible without training, mentoring, support, and encouraging team spirit. Invest knowledge and experience in your team, promote its upskilling.

Continuous self-improvement and work on personal qualities

It is impossible to become a leader once and forever or wake one morning and find yourself a good leader. Leadership is a path, an incessant self-cultivation, never-stopping learning and development of hard and soft skills, and a capacity to control your own emotions and think positively. In the rapidly changing world, an ability to change yourself quickly is crucial.

Rustam Gilfanov is a co-founder of an IT company, IT businessman, and international investor.

Basim, a small town in the Perm Region, is the birthplace of Rustam Gilfanov. He was born on January 6, 1983, in the family of a military man and an elementary school teacher.

2006 became the year when Gilfanov Rustam, together with partners, decided to establish an international outsourcing IT company in Kyiv. Today this enterprise is one of the largest software developers, releasing It-products and solutions for the gaming, marketing, and finance industries.

Several years ago, Gilfanov retired from business in the opened by him IT company and went into the international investment to support promising IT startups. One of Rustam Gilfanov’s life priorities is the development of charitable projects in Ukraine.

Gilfanov Rustam is married and brings up one daughter.
