There’s a saying that there is no such thing as a free lunch. However whilst something might not be free, you can still sometimes get a great deal.
This is certainly the case with the idea of free gifts with mobile phones. In such a competitive market place, mobile companies have in recent years been offering free gifts for those who sign up to new contracts or renew existing ones.
Some of the deals that are out there are certainly very tempting. Some even seem too good to be true. Getting your hands on a brand spanking new laptop or flat screen TV just for renewing your mobile contract is a deal that’s hard to ignore.
Turning things in your favour
Of course, the payoff is that in most cases, your signature on the phone contract is more valuable to the phone network than a TV set. This is after all the real world we live in and profits have to be made. No one could stay in business for very long handing out the latest technology for absolutely nothing. However, just because it is worth their while, it doesn’t mean it can’t work out well for you too.
Sure, by signing a contract you are agreeing to pay for your phone for the next six, twelve or eighteen months. However, you need a phone anyway. If you are going to sign a new contract, then you might as well get a free gift with it.
If presented with two similar contract deals, it’s not surprising that most of us would choose the one with the best gift on offer. The phone network is happy and you’re happy, everyone is a winner. Plus you can sit down in front of your new flat screen or laptop that cost you absolutely nothing.
So, if you’re considering a new phone or it’s time to renew your contract, then look around for what deals you can get and what gifts might be coming your way. With lots of mobile phones with gifts to choose from, the only difficult part is picking the right one for you.

Yes ! its true that many vendors do give away gifts to its customers ..It certainly feels great when you’re given a gift …apart from the gifts …depending upon the smartphone you purchase , you’re given an option to choose and install any of the free application from millions of free applications available on the internet …isn’t it?.

Free things are always good as they provide value for nothing you paid. if you don’ t like it then uninstall it and go for some other free stuff. Bad thing with paid application is that most of these apps accept only credit card payments, which is not very much popular in some countries like India where people generally uses Debit card/Net banking for making any online payment.
