Then also be sure to take a look at the customizations, opportunities for integration with other systems across the business, etc. based on your business’ needs.

3. After-sales support: Get a good idea of the customer support for the POS because we bet you will want quick assistance lest the POS run into an issue. Check if you will receive 24×7 support, or there may be a wait time involved, for it will help you strategize appropriately.
