If you are planning to develop a mobile application for your website, there are a number of factors you need to consider before you set the task into execution. From getting the right development team for your app and creative front end designing experts, to the integration task, the check list is simply endless. While there is no Exodus to guide you for getting a user-friendly and problem solving application, here are a few important things you must keep in mind, and follow not less than the Exodus for mobile application development.
1. Choose the Platform Wisely
The first and most important factor to consider is to decide the platform on which you want to create the application. There are a number of smartphone platforms being used, and each has a different user base. You need to carefully analyze the most popular platform that your target audience uses.
Depending upon the nature of your business, the purpose of your app, and the nature of your targeted users, you can choose from the most popular platforms. Alternatively, you can even offer applications in multiple platforms and versions.
2. Empower the Users
When you create a mobile application, make sure that it offers something unique and unconventional. Do not create a substitute for an already existing app, because the people would not use it. Even in a specific industry, there are endless dimensions to explore and offer the customers something they need.
The application must aim to offer convenience and utility to the users, and empower them to do something beyond the ordinary. Even if you are developing a simple app, include a new feature that can find its functionality amongst the swarm of options available on the app stores of different platforms.
3. Flawless Development
With the current trend of high end graphics and performance, the expectations of the users are higher than ever. People need a mobile app with rich media and cutting edge graphics, along with a higher problem solving ability. It is important that you develop an amazing application that can generate an appeal within the infinite apps available online.
Your application has to be simple and user friendly, and still be able to solve the most complex problems that the user can encounter in the field. It is the versatility and expertise of the application that helps it get the approval of the customers worldwide.
4. 100% Uptime Hosting
The main objective of making your application ‘Mobile’ is to give your users the freedom to stay connected with you â anywhere, anytime. If you offer a mobile application to your customers, make sure that it is useable 24×7. Opt for reliable hosting services to provide your users with a 100% amazing mobile experience with 100% uptime of your application.
So even if you have all your web based business operations hosted over a 99.95% uptime offering service, switch the framework to an assured 100%, as nothing less can suffice. It will be a profitable change anyway!
5. Maintain Security Parameters
The biggest problem with mobile application users is their lack of faith in the security policies. Promise a secure using experience to your customers, and formulate and regulate strict security parameters. People trust you with their personal data and details, and it is important that you keep it confidential and safe from unethical elements. If the users believe that their information is safe with your app, they will use it for all their relevant needs.
So incorporate these points in the application development process for your business and woo the users with an amazing mobile application - something that they just can’t resist!

In this day, it is really hard to be able to design an app on your own. Especially with the current expectations. But you can, it will just take a lot of time and work to do so. It has to look good, and work well to sell. But if you can put in the time to do it, and you have the knowledge about it, you should be good to go.

In the list, I would personally like to suggest that the Uptime hosting is the most important one to develop an app.
