Steve Jobs Launch Apple’s iPad 2

Apple has launched the second version of the iPad – the iPad 2. The new iPad device was today unveiled by Apple CEO, Steve Jobs, who returned from a brief medical leave of absence. The iPad 2 is another step forward for Apple as most competitors such as HP, Motorola and RIM are only just releasing the first versions of their tablet devices.

The iPad 2, which comes in two colours (black and white) is considerably thinner (8.8mm thick), faster and comes with 9.7-inch screen (as the original iPad). Also, it will be twice as fast as the original tablet device with nine times quicker graphics functionalities and cameras (front and back-facing) for video recording and chatting.

Furthermore, the iPad 2’s  aluminium shell cover will be replaced with a lighter carbon fibre version. Already, some excited Apple fans cannot wait to replace their original iPad device with the new iPad2 tablet whose sale is expected to commence soon in stores around the world.
