In addition, the company develops its own custom Web hosting infrastructure and software internally to cater for their customers and provide 24/7 phone and chat support.
However, this review will be made from my own personal experience. While I have only been with PowWeb for about 6 months, I am yet to experience any major issues apart from a couple of downtimes and AWStats malfunction. The support and customer service has been quite consistent every time I contact them about these issues and tickets have been resolved within a short space of time.
