OTA management systems have had a tremendous effect on all industries, and it is now used in all consumer smart goods which require continuous updates. For example a few years back when there used to be a problem in a cars ECU engineers had to manually reset and repair it, but now with the help OTA services it can be done from anywhere at any time, this gives the consumers a hassle-free experience and saves companies costs. Usually, now all IoT devices support OTA like phones, washing machines, fridges, cars etc.
Without OTA services it would have been hard to maintain such a vast ecosystem of smart devices in today’s time. OTA is one of the few new technologies which majorly has advantages, and no disadvantages are seen, it would be good for humans only if such technology is invented which has next to no disadvantages.
