1. Create A YouTube Account

In creating a YouTube account, you must’ve an existing Google+ page or Gmail address. If you have one, you can sign in to YouTube using your email address. After signing in, click on the user icon at the top right corner of your screen and you’ll see a gear icon, click it to get to your account’s settings.

If you don’t have Google accounts, you can still create an account on YouTube by clicking the “Create account” link.

2. Create A New Channel & Brand account

Next on the list is to create the channel itself. On your account settings, choose “Overview”. Look at the lower part and you’ll see the “Create a new channel” link, click it. The new page is where you’ll put the name of your channel and its category. In naming your channel, you can always choose whether to place your name or business name.

If you decide to create your channel and name it after you, and not your business, your channel becomes a personal account. You have to create a new channel in order to create a brand account. Don’t worry, YouTube allows users to maintain multiple channels in one account. So, no need to create a new account. You just need to repeat the steps on creating a new channel.
