    I totally agree. Playing sports was also one of the highlights of my childhood and the martial arts lessons have tremendously helped me have the right attitude about sports and life.

    This is also the main reason why my kids also started their judo lessons.

    Martial arts makes children mentally and physically fit. It also help in building up the confidence in children. Both of my kids are in shobukan martial arts academy leaning karate for a better future opportunities.

    Sport is so important thing for kids! As a sports teacher for children, I know and see how a sport is making discipline in their life, how they get good friends and how they deal with difficult situations. 🙂
