A definite requirement these days. Mobile technology is a necessary evil, we do need to give our kid mobiles but often lack the control over their phone. Tracking it would a perfect solution. It is not about losing belief on your kids, but the present age is vested with so many evils that children need to be protected against them.

This is so wrong and unethical.
My parents didn’t have this kind of technology, I turned out fine. Their parents and your parents didn’t have this kind of crap, didn’t you turn out fine?
Of course parents often wonder where their kid is, and they wish they knew exactly what they were doing, but that doesn’t mean that they should!
Respect your kids privacy, just because it is your kid doesn’t mean the kid doesn’t have any right to learn and evolve on his own as well.
The use of spy software like this is what damages children. How can a kid trust him/her self if the parents don’t even trust him or her?
If you need to resort to these kinds of things then you have failed as a parent.

I don’t think spying is the key. Instead, we need to teach our kids, be friends with them, understand them. Listen to them carefully when they speak.
My uncle was talking to me the other day about the way he was screening his son’s conversations on the Internet, unfortunately his son found out and he did not like it. My uncle said he now lacks good communication with his son.

This software would be great for spying on your children, but wouldn’t that be infringing on their privacy and rights? Where do we draw the line of how much we should know about their daily activities, and how old do we have to monitor them till? Would people make use of this App to stalk others, including adults?

Instead of syping on our kids I think it would be much wiser not to give them cell phone when they are too young to face the problems that come with it. I agree that nowadays kids are exposed to many things for which they are often too young but I do think the solution lies more in not giving them cellphone at 5 years old than spying them at 15…

This spying software will actually deprive the children of their right for freedom and privacy. May be if you want to restrict them from viewing unworthy content and doing something ridiculous, it is better to control their Internet using habits.
