Important Tips And Guides On Buying A Gaming Laptop

gamelaptopIt has been said that a laptop cannot be compared to a desktop computer when it comes to the delivery of hardware, graphics and size. However, that does not mean that one has to stop thinking about playing sophisticated games on a laptop computer as there are other fantastic options available to laptop users which can bring game enjoyment to a whole new level. It is always important to take internet security seriously, especially when you are parting with your hard earned cash. That is why it is important to choose reputable sites should you want to purchase online so as to ensure that you are safe. Meanwhile, you may click here to visit a great casino to enjoy your favourite game, whether it is blackjack, roulette or slot on purchasing a new gaming laptop. However, first things first, what do you need to look out for before buying a Laptop for your gaming needs?

Integrated Graphics

First and foremost avoid going for the laptops who offer integrated graphics no matter how good the performance may be as this is usually a negative just for the simple reason that you cannot upgrade without having to change a couple of added components that may prove too costly. If you have low budget and wish to make the most of graphics then you should consider the following dedicated graphics card: Nvidia 8200/9200/9300 and ATi HD3200/3400 series.

Screen Resolution

Gaming experience reaches to a new level if the laptop comes with a bigger screen.  For optimal gaming experience on a laptop, a medium sized 15 inches or a huge 17 inches screen is recommended. In addition, ensure that apart from the screen size, the laptop comes with the best screen resolution possible. Usually, 15-inch laptops come with a screen resolution of 1280 x 800 whereas a 17-inch laptop comes with a resolution of 1440 x 900. Thus, we can conclude that the higher the screen resolution, the higher the likely gaming experience.

Processor Power

The laptops processor is also important. Never pair a good processor with a low-end graphics card and vice-versa as this would be self-defeating. For those who are intend to purchase a gaming laptop for the first time, please ensure that you buy a laptop with at least an Intel Core 2 Duo P7000 series or better, or an AMD Turion X2 Ultra. The two processors mentioned above are known for their high reliability and come packed with high performance delivery mechanism. The ability to overclock the processor could also come in handy at a later time should you want to get the most out of it.

Random Access Memory

Most recent laptops come with DDR2 type of RAM however, the DDR2 is becoming outdated with the DDR3 taking its place. As a result, you should make sure that you have purchased a laptop with the latest memory rather than an outdated one.

Money Talks

Alternatively, if you have the money then you can go a step further and purchase a laptop that offers the maximum requirement for all your computing needs including gaming. For example,  with around $1200 – $1500 to spare, you can buy a laptop with Intel’s latest next generation Intel Core i7 which offers the maximum for all the computing needs including the gaming one. The following are some laptops currently available in the market which offer top notch performance with all the latest features packed in it.

You forget to say about the hard-disk. For people who wants to buy a gaming notebook i recommend to buy one with a SSD (Solid State Drive). It is much more stable and he has more speed.

Useful guides for gaming laptop. Though I normally prefer desktop for gaming because of its usage capability, no doubt that other laptop can at least level their specs. The only problem is for you to have enough money to buy this kind of powerful gaming laptop.

The most important feature that you need to consider in buying a laptop is the RAM, Processor and it’s video card. Most people think that laptops can’t compete with desktop however with our technology advancing nowadays, it’s not possible that it that laptop will take over desktops.
