Mass Effect 2 is a great game, but I think the best game of the year belongs to Fall out New Vegas, but maybe I’m biased since I’m such a hardcore Fallout fan

Deserved. ME2 was truly epic. And while I’m a huge Fallout fan, NV is not as epic as its predecessor.

It had to win it because it has so damn good graphics, i loved the gameplay, storyline, character specification and action.

Thrilling music as well. One of the best 1st Player Shooter Games.

    Hello,

Mass Effect 2 really deserved this title, as both BioWare and EA did a great job on this game. Also, as stated : ‘Mass Effect 2 had shipped over two million copies worldwide within a week of release,[13] and has also received highly favorable reviews.’ it’s no wonder that EA invested a lot of money on promoting this wonderful game and getting the great results of their hard-worked creation – Mass Effect 2. I bet the 3rd Mass Effect will be better than Mass Effect 2 and will have even greater succes than the 2nd one in the serie. The combination BioWare + EA seems to be a perfect one for creating great games that will feature in the headlines of a lot of websites and game magazines. Also, great music featured in the serie, especially in the 2nd game of the serie, the composers did a great job too. Thank you for sharing this excellent article, I liked to watch the trailer again, brought back memories. Keep up the good work!

    Best regards,

    Maria

Wow! glad to see that the games I played lately hits as the game of the year award. It is really a great game and nice strategy through the end in which it is challenging just to avoid any deaths from your allies. Looking forward to mass effect 3, surely it will be a big hit again.

Just wondering why fifa 2010 is best sports of the year and not nba 2k10 and nba 2k11 🙁
    Haven’t tried playing fifa though.

Not surprised at all that Mass Effect 2 won the game of the year and that the game continued to be a hot favourite with the third release although the developers going back on the ending was a shame in my view.

However, it was also good to know they were willing to chance it based on feedback.
