outlookMS Outlook is an emailing application from Microsoft that enables you to carry out secure communication in and outside an organization. Cause:

To address this situation, you would need to disable the XPrint add-in. This can be done using the following steps:

  • Open Outlook and click Tools | Options.
  • Click Advanced Options in the ‘Other’ tab.
  • Click ‘Add-in Manager’ in the ‘Advanced Options’ dialog box.
  • Clear the selected XPrint Add-in check box.
  • Now, try to print the email.
