The simplicity of tracking any mobile device is a bit scaring, at least for me. On the one hand, it is very convenient, but on the other hand, what if you don’t want to be found?

GPS Phone Tracker really helped me to recover my iPhone. Your list is very precise and you have mentioned some really great apps… I would like to add one more app here “GadgetTrak” app. This app is very useful and increases your chances of recovering your lost or stolen iPhone by generating location reports, sending a discreet message to your device, and snapping a photo of the thief with the built-in camera.

Useful tips, and the FindMyiPhone application has already helped me several times when I couldn’t find my phone in my apartment. Unfortunately, the iPhone of my girlfriend has been stolen last week, but none of these apps could help to locate it; they only work if the power is on and the GPS can see the sky. In criminal situation, you should call the police and they can locate the phone if used with the IMEI number and the cell phone service information.

This informative post is very useful for the iphone users like me who travel a lot.We usually tend to forget it at some place in a hurry or drop down in a crowded place. It would not be wise to burn one’s own finger by frequently losing an iphone.I am going to download this app and will share the link on my social network to spread the word amongst my friends.
